Men's Adventure Fitness Boot Camp in Medford, Oregon

Men........ Build a Better Body NOW!

5:30 - 6:30 AM Monday, Wednesday & Friday (4 weeks)

After many requests, we have decided to offer a men's fitness boot camp to get the men in the best shape possible!

The camp format will be similar to the women's program with the following exceptions:

1. More "guy" exercises
2. More sports-oriented conditioning
3. Exercises to help improve golf, mtn. biking, basketball, baseball, tennis, skiing and various outdoor sports

Each day will vary in mode and intensity. You should expect callisthenic exercises, agility training, sports drills, flexibility training, and fun exercises that will make the time fly and take your fitness to a high level.

Each class is exactly one hour in duration.

You will need to bring an exercise mat, water bottle, running shoes, and a sense of adventure. You can purchase an exercise mat at any Target or Sporting Goods Store.

Cost is only $199 for the four week-long program. That is just $16.58 per hour of expert instruction.

Men of all ages and fitness backgrounds are welcome to join. The program is designed in a way that nobody is held back or left behind. That is done through our special method of programming.

Participants should be free of limiting injuries. A pre-camp evaluation is part of the registration process. It only takes a few minutes and you will be able to ask any additional questions. At this time, you will get your welcome packet and program details.

Attention men! Adventure Boot Camp is a blast! It is not an environment of extreme competition. This program is not about being better that the person to either side of you. It's about improving yourself, having "time with the guys" and getting in great shape - FAST!
